Samuel May, Jr. states his pleasure at the possibility that William Lloyd Garrison will be joining them for their Freedmen's Annual Meeting, and informs Garrison that the handbills advertising the meeting have been printed and distributed. May suggests that should Garrison possess a spare copy of the "London Breakfast" that it be sent to the Library of Congress. May informs Garrison that the upcoming "Advertiser" will be publishing correspondence between his committee and Garrison.
