A black sequined hat with black ties. The structure of the hat is composed of half of a milk gallon. The surface of the hat is entirely covered with black sequins stitched to a synthetic open weave fabric. The fabric is gathered at the crown of the hat and stitched into place. The interior crown is unlined, however there is a 2.75” inner band made from acetate fabric sewn to the hat’s bottom edge.
