Printed in brown, black, blue and two purples. Central repeating medallion of Queen Regent Isabel II with her husband, Francis of Spain, and son, Alfonso XII, are ringed with flowers and smaller portraits of men, probably important personages from the House of Bourbon, running down both edges.
