Two bands of a similar repeating design placed one on top of another. Composed of arabesques of acanthus leaves and open flowers on a plain ground bordered on the bottom by eight horizontal stripes of varying thicknesses and bordered on the top and separated by two thin horizontal stripes. Printed in off-white, mica, gray, olive green, tuape, rust and light blue.
