Festoons of roses, buds, and leaves within scalloped swag. Enclosed within large festoons are two miniature garlands with ribbon bowknot. The lower portion of the frieze edged with vari-sized striped bands. There are small patterns of leafy stems that appear between some stripes, in mica. The top edge has a narrow vine-like band and two narrow stripes.
