Design consists of three bands of varied patterns. Along the wide central band, flowers overlap rococo architectural molding. The upper edging contains a band of stylized linear scroll foliage under a series of small architectural ornaments, and the lower edging is a continuous, banded rod. Printed in blue, green, pink, red, olive, gray and white on a brown background.
