Alfred H. Love extends the invitation to William Lloyd Garrison to join him at the "Annual Grove Peace Meeting" to be held at Mystic, Conneticut, on August 22-23. Love states that he hopes to be present, and that the "manner of mutiny" reminds him of the Progressive Friends. Love proclaims his pleasure at having the daughter of Thomas Earl, Phoebe, representing them at the Paris Exposition.
