Sarah F. Stearns writes to Maria Weston Chapman in regards to sending the articles for the anti-slavery fair. She sent a "firkin of apples" some weeks before. On pages 2 and 3 of this letter is a note from A.W. Stearns to Maria Weston Chapman in regards to regretting that the number of articles sent to her is so little. She has appraised the articles to "save you some trouble to have an estimate made so we made it."
