Addison G. Smith writes to Samuel May saying that the friends in Berlin prefer May and C.C. Burleigh to come for a meeting on July 27, rather than July 20. He asks May to give notice for the meeting in the Liberator and to request Robert F. Wallcut "to enclose three or four printed bills in the next packet of papers."
