Elizabeth Niles writes to Maria Weston Chapman on behalf of the women who are making contributions to the anti-slavery fair thanking Maria for her assistance and teaching. She writes, "I am sensible some of the work is not what it shouild be, but we had not the mutual benefit of meeting together to work at any time, but I hope they may answer some good purpose."
